  Recently, I had a wonderful experience during a workshop at the Wholistic Training Institute. I was actually trained on how to make simple changes in my diet and eating habits that would produce a more wholistic and healthy lifestyle. The workshop introduced me to the benefits of drinking water, in particular alkaline water and its many positive attributes to the body. I'll never forget "Half your body weight in ounces". Thank you Jesse Brown and staff for helping me prepare for a great new year and lifestyle!
