  If I could give them 0 stars I would. They braid TOO TIGHT. Braids are meant to be protective for the hair, but if you go here your hair is definitely not protected in these tight braids. I wanted to tell them to STOP, but thought that would have been a bit dramatic. But now im thinking I should have. You really have to think things through because when it's time to sleep, you cant. Then when I called they told me it was on price,but at the end it was another. They make we want to NEVER get braids again. And also I showed them the style I wanted and it looked nothing like it. Honestly they need to improve their services or they will lose all of their customers.
