  I tried to contact the office to inquire about a lost parole card I found on some lawn. The operator was indifferent to the inquiry. I asked if the card is important, and they told me "well, we can always make another one, and the person who lost it probably threw it away and the card is probably not important to them either".
  I found this to be rather unprofessional, I mean, why have a card at all if it's not important to the holder?
