  Not like it used to be, very rude staff, intrusive, will entry your room while changing and ignore your need for privacy. One of the staff members told another customer not to leave their cell phone because I would steal it, shortly after I had just checked in the room. Their treatment towards black people make me feel very uncomfortable.
