    The first time I had to this place was Awesome, in 2014, Then this Year I had Came back for more Service's, and this time was horroble. One the Residents need to have Experience before they sit behind that desk... Second thing is everybody goes through things in life like loosing a loved one especially if it your Spouse, I had went back to New Directions Club House and was sent home in tears and thinking the worst!! Like I said this place has changed and so has the STAFF YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!
