  Pretty poor and non-responsive customer service. They had a sale over the weekend but sizes were limited. I called the store and confirmed they had my size, even though online site was confirming they did, and while on the phone with the sales associate I placed my order. Did I expect that these boots were now mine? Of course! I received an email confirmation and the payment posted (not pending) to my credit card within two days. Well, I never received a shipping confirmation but I did order on the weekend so I was patient. I called on Tuesday morning to check on the order and was told the retail manager wasn't in but he would get my message and call me back. No return call so on Wednesday I submit a contact me form on their website. Still no reply. So I call Thursday afternoon to check on my order, he confirms the order and that I would receive a shipping confirmation within a few hours. Well...instead of a shipping confirmation I receive an "out of stock" email with no plans to fulfill the order with my original item. How? They were in the hands of the associate when I placed my order? They did process the refund when asked but the bigger issue is they sold an item I had purchased and reserved so they are collecting payment on goods that are impossible to deliver. I'm sure there is a BBB issue with this.
