  Just based on the phone staff, I'm giving them a 2 star rating. My apartment complex ordered me a stove from there and the woman on the phone called me at work so I didn't answer the phone right away and the message she left was "Hi this is Moe Appliance, your apartment complex ordered but if you don't answer the phone we cant deliver it tonight." It doesn't sound so bad when you read it, but it sounded rude and as though they didn't want anything to do with it.
  
  They should be delivering my stove on Monday. I hope my review changes for the better then.
