  I have never had such a professional, customer - focused experience like I had hare. These folks were so kind, polite and efficient! I only wish more places ran as smoothly as this. Gave me a bag of popcorn and bottle of water. Woman at checkout told me her name and was helpful w directions. Well done!

  My experience was outstanding and memorable. I’ve been traveling for business the last 30+ years. This was the best Customer Service I have had at any car rental agency, ever! I must have spoken with at least 8 or 9 people between picking up the vehicle and when I returned. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They all seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and showed a genuine interest in me, their customer. Enterprise has taken a simple concept, that has become almost an impossible task today and made it look simple again. How wonderful it was that everyone was just nice to each other!
