- Dennis SpiteriMar, 06 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What else can you expect from the city of Detroit? I was trying to get hold of the DPW department for 2 hours! Always busy. Rizzo was informed that they no longer can collect trash from more than 2 addresses, so I have a 3 unit. They now consider it as an apartment bldg. Okay, so Rizzo explains to me the the City is responsible to pick up the trash. TWO weeks and still nothing. No wonder people just get sick of it and begin to toss their trash in the street. Maybe that is what I should do.
THAT'S WHY PEOPLE ARE MOVING OUT OF THE OUT OF CONTROL CITY!!!!!!
