  The trainers are all very nice. And the people that you work out with are very nice. All in all, a great gym to be a part of. And located right downtown. It's a pretty small facility though, so only so many different classes can be going on at a time. You also won't find an elaborate locker room or wash room here. But there is not really a need for lockers, as the folks here are trustworthy. And you can leave your stuff on bleachers in the main workout room so you can keep an eye on it. And you can always wait your turn to shower I guess.
